Het Eurovisiesongfestival 1978 was het drieëntwintigste Eurovisiesongfestival en vond plaats op 22 april 1978 in Parijs, Frankrijk. Het programma werd gepresenteerd door Denise Fabre en Léon Zitrone. Van de 20 deelnemende landen won Israël met het nummer Abanibi, uitgevoerd door Izhar Cohen & The Alpha Beta. De Nederlandsse inzending, Harmony met 'T is OK, werd 12e.
The 1978 Eurovision Song Contest was the twenty-third Eurovision Song Contest and took place on 22 April 1978 in Paris, France. The programme was presented by Denise Fabre and Léon Zitrone. Out of 20 participating countries, Israel won with the song Abanibi, performed by Izhar Cohen & The Alpha Beta. The Dutch entry, Harmony with 'T is OK, came 12th.
